What this is

{Re}Humanizing The Network is a one-to-one networking practice, built since November 2025. Every relationship starts with a real conversation. When there is a real fit, I introduce people in my own words, with one clear next step. No broadcast blasts and no cold pitches.

Joining

There is no form and no application. Joining starts with a conversation: book a call and tell me what you do, who you help best, and who you would like to meet. How it works has the details.

The Network Spotlight

A Spotlight is a short, personal email I write about you and send to the network, twice a week. Each one follows the same seven-part shape: subject line, the problem your audience recognizes, a plain-language introduction, a proof point, your availability, one call to action and my sign-off.

There is no fee to be in the network or to have me run a campaign. I take a 10% revenue fee from any work the campaigns produce, under a signed agreement made before the campaign. The Spotlight explains more, and past Spotlights shows every one as it was sent.

Getting Spotlights

Spotlights go out on Tuesdays and Thursdays. You choose how often they reach you:

• Each one as it goes out
• Weekly, every Thursday, as one digest
• Every two weeks or monthly, as one digest
• None

The Member Index

Members have a private index of the people in the network, behind a password. To request access, sign three short agreements online (confidentiality, referral fee and campaign expectations), which takes about two minutes, then book 30 minutes with me. I follow up personally about access.
